CSR Governance

Millicom's policy for Corporate Social Responsibility is proposed by the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and approved by the Board of Directors, represented by its Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. The Committee also sets the amount to be spent in community support initiatives.

The Head of Corporate Social Responsibility ensures the implementation of this policy at the company's headquarters and in the operations, through the country C.E.O.s and the C.R. Managers. The Head of C.R. reports to the Board C.R. Committee, which meets twice a year.
