Convening of the meetings
The annual general meeting (“AGM”) of the shareholders of MILLICOM INTERNATIONAL CELLULAR S.A. (“Millicom” or the “Company”) will be held in Luxembourg on Thursday May 23, 2024, at 11:00am Central European Time ("CET"). An extraordinary general meeting (“EGM”) will be held after the AGM.
