innovators. Our Sangre Tigo provides guiding principles for each employee to focus our diversity and bring us together as one Company. Our Code of Conduct applies our Sangre Tigo to the challenges we face as our business expands. This Code of Conduct has been carefully developed in consultation with a broad base of company stakeholders, as well as external benchmarks and best practices. It should serve as a guide for successfully navigating any ethical challenges we may face.
We make things happen the right way. As part of the Millicom team, we are all responsible for understanding and adopting this Code of Conduct. If you are unsure how to handle a particular situation, ask for help. If you witness behavior inconsistent with our Sangre Tigo or this Code of Conduct, speak up and report your concern.
