Policies and Guiding Principles
Millicom operates a policy governance framework with the aim of providing our colleagues and our third parties with a set of rules, principles, and guidelines to guide any and all business activities that the company is involved in.
The teams responsible for the policy topics oversee, update, and approve our policy commitments. We train our directors, employees, and third parties on these commitments. Employees are required annually to review and acknowledge our Code of Conduct, which contains the majority of our policy commitments. In addition, all suppliers are required to sign our Supplier Code of Conduct during onboarding.
